In close collaboration with the Managing Partners of SAM International, the successful candidate will be responsible for their own growth and contribution to the business in Hong Kong.

The successful candidates will establish and develop strong business partnerships with active and new customers and will be responsible for the complete management of search assignments from initiation to closure and ensure the qualitative, effective and profitable positioning of the company’s services throughout the respective regions.  He/she will seize every possible opportunity to help the company expand and become profitable in a manner that is compatible with company standards, goals and objectives.

 

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• You have a well developed business/professional network within the Hong Kong marketplace.
• Previous successful experience in the executive search business is essential.
• Strong B2B sales experience in the services sector will be highly regarded.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on approach is essential to succeed and develop in this role.
• You are a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and take pride in providing a qualitative and professional service to your customers.

Other skills:

• You are fluent in English.
• A good command of Cantonese and/or Mandarin is considered an advantage.
• You are IT literate and an advanced user of MS / Office

Essential requirements:

• You must reside in Hong Kong and be able and willing to set up a home-office if required.

You will work as a self-employed consultant as part of a global team, and will obtain highly attractive fees for successfully completed assignments. Opportunities for advancement within the company are available and subject to performance.
