Job descriptionOur client, who is the key player in their industry, seeks an Executive Change Manager to optimize processes and drive cost savings in operations and overheads at headquarter in Beijing, China. THE POSITION The Executive Change Manager will optimize operations and processes cutting costs providing new best practice for all non-production purchases and provide strong leadership to several divisions and responsible for all head office costs and cost reductions. Being a new position many assignments and responsibilities will be passed on continuously as the Executive Change Manager develops into the role. The position also requires the following:
THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate is business minded and has 3-5 years international experience from various industries in optimizing operations e.g. as an external consultant from one of the top 10 Consulting Firms. The Executive Change Manager has to emphasize strong leadership, have an entrepreneurial attitude and yet hands-on management. Following criteria will be essential:
